1u1pdated  4/12/21The most overlooked part of audience scope is “YOU” the speaker. I majored in Communications, emphasis rhetoric, which analyzes persuasion. The #1 takeaway in school regarding rhetoric was related to compelling speakers ammunition as aligned with influence. There are 3 pieces that date back to Greek times and terminology called: Ethos, Pathos, and Logos that we utilize. Ethos is the credibility of the speaker and what the speaker comes into the speech already possessing. For example, if a .org is conducting a lecture on the adverse effects of steroids and starts off with a practicing doctor speaking, the title of “doctor” holds the most weight even over the other 2 amazing pieces of proof (persuasive/emotional) appeals and logos (logical reasoning). Good rhetoric draws on all 3 Greek proof terms and incorporates them in the communication.  However, ETHOS boils down to YOU and everything around growing that trust before action(s). #analyzing #behavioral #c{l}ues

“You” the Speaker and “YOU”Re[in]control w/ The LAW of Attraction: def. & [in] practice:

1)  Speak in present tense and lead with “I AM ________.”  We can learn from the past, we can plan for the future, but we are in control of the present:  re:control the narrative NOW along your path. #LEAD #Collaborate #LEAD

2)  When we speak about the future, let’s say “WE COMMIT to_________.”  Conversely, avoid and look out for when others say “I’LL TRY.”  This try line may be honorable just up until a higher priority surfaces or comes up, then down.  #PLAN #Calendar #TIME

3)  Linguistically choose “I HAVE” vs. “I WANT” is POWER&FuLL[©] #AM #Early #APPRECIATION #Day{s}tarter(s)=-

4) Cultivating the Conditionals: You’ll SAT for the LSAT.  As aforementioned, the building TIME through networking growth & development is now, not if I only had, or when XYZ occurs.  The root word of conditionals is con, so don’t trick yourself out of doing something while leaving the rest up to chance. “Life is what you make it.  Always has been, always will be.” -Eleanor Roosevelt  #CarpeDiem 

5)  Bu[T][T]s negate <pic> that, as do “mal(s)” “cons” and “dis”ses, especially the ad hominem types.  In general, watch out for saying “but” and choose “and” instead.  “Dis”cussions and “con”versations can be an exception when healthy and diplomatic, just avoid  “flamerlanguage #DIVERSITYinclusion #Respect

6) Expect their will be doubt, don’t doubt the process. We plan for and appreciate the WINS alongside the lessons from our misses.  We miss 100% of the shots that we do not take.  A closed mouth, WILL NOT be fed so please visualize that baby bird analogy  #re:sharerefeedereFFWDoers
