LLC’s pattern for recruiting is not always linear especially with our motto ^ above. This process is to our advantage because when dealing with people as our cherished commodities, sometimes deals take the right timing and posturing sequence. Additionally layers of INfluence and other factors need to be leveraged eloquently for the long game with everyone. I have respect for most legal professionals, however some attorneys or firms we naturally hold in higher regard due to track record, trust, clout and/or own deal precedent. This week’s case study is a deal where timing affected me within 1 mile.
I won’t disclose who, but both sides of the deal I’ve done a prior transactional 28173 deal work in the past. However, the timing was messed up systematically or temporarily. In my assessment the fit(s) were perfect and discussed a year or more prior, which is concerning with female attorneys. After reassessment it can only be a corporate branding suppressed pattern. AKA cagey tactic or local issues within a leadership/admissions. A life projection of domestic internal trust issues will sometimes rear it’s face at the recruiter. This is due to the middle man aspect of agency life so it’s recognized and repetitive. Brand clout is overall doubt, and needs reassessment in changing technological times where the waiting posture is too easy to detect & harmful.
